October 25, 2011 Welcome to the Coshoctoncars.com newsletter. We welcome you to our place and want to make you comfortable. In this article we would like to share with you our way of doing business and why we do the things we do the way we do. We are a local company doing business with local people. We understand that in any economy there are going to be bad things that happen to good people. Financially, we are here to help those of you that do not qualify for a conventional loan, get into dependable transportation. We do our very best to try to find these kinds of vehicles for our customers. Typically any buy here pay here dealer carries older higher mileage used vehicle to fit a certain financial profile. In other words, they have to be bought at a price that minimizes the risk, with the ability to mark it up enough to cover not only profit, but the write offs, or loss that will happen dealing with their particular market. We know going in, that not everyone will be able to finish paying for the vehicle like they promised going in. That loss has to be figured into the overall portfolio. Here at Coshoctoncars.com we treat everyone with respect. With the understanding that your credit is not good, and the understanding of what we need financially to keep the doors open, we welcome you with open arms. It amazes me to hear the horror stories of the way customers get treated in our business. We believe that if you do what you say you are going to do, we will do what we promised. We have a great service center dedicated to making sure your vehicle stays healthy. We expect you to do your part as well. With older vehicles it is very important to change your oil every 3,000 miles. We are set up to do that service for you, often times with no appointment necessary. We also try to help you be creative in the way we fix things. In other words, if a less expensive, yet effective way to fix something for you, we will make that offer as well as the more traditional, more expensive way and leave it to you to make the choice. We also sell extended service contracts to help you budget your repairs. When you buy a vehicle from us, we put your payment date on the same day you get paid to make it simple for you. So when you get your check, you know that you have a payment due. We also accept credit cards and debit cards for payment to make things as convenient as possible for you. We have books of Customer testimonials telling how happy they were to shop with us. These are some of the things they have said. "They were very helpful since I've never had experience with this kind of thing before." Brittany B.- Millersburg "I can't believe how well I was treated! Wonderful for a first timer! I felt great when I left!" Christy K.- Coshocton "I need a family car that could also be used as a truck. Got it" John C.- Coshocton "I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The employees are very nice and professional. I recommend everyone to come here." Vernon "Very friendly, nice. I have bad credit and was treated badly at other places. Here I was treated like a long lost friend" Dawn Y.- Coshocton "We were able to look at a vehicle without being pushed around by a pushy salesperson and when found what we were looking for, there was a smiling friend face to help. We came in looking for a van with the 4th door with lower mileage. Everywhere else we wnt to wouldn't even help us due to credit problems. When we went in and talked to Shawn, he didn't even pull up our credit, even after we told him we had been turned down at several other dealerships. After a test drive, a little paperwork, and a little talking, we were able to go home in our new van" David H.- Coshocton This is what your friends and neighbors are saying about us and we have hundreds of testimonials in our office. Do you want to be treated like a number, or like they are doing you a favor? Or do you want to be treated with respect?
